Meet Susan.
Before coming to work here in 2009, Susan spent 21 years at Dura Automotive, where she was a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker. When the plant closed, she returned to school where she studied accounting since she had enjoyed accounting in high school and really liked working with numbers. She holds an Associates in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City and an Associates in Accounting from North Central Michigan College in Petoskey.
Here at InSolutions, Susan directs calls, assists with inquiries, and provides administrative support across all three companies. She handles our billing and accounts receivables, and schedules appointments for the staff. When clients visit our offices, she makes sure to welcome them, often remembering things she has learned about them over the years. She is our office event coordinator making sure we have organized activities to enjoy together. And when we need to host client events, she is able to plan those for us as well. She keeps us all moving along!
Susan is the proud mama of three beautiful daughters and she enjoys sharing in their successes as they enjoy their various careers, families, and friends. In fact, her youngest daughter is a third-generation member of the Army. She is looking forward to welcoming her second grandbaby very soon. She loves to spend time with her grandson, to read, and to crochet. Many weeknights will find her bowling on one of her local teams.
